With the fully automatic horizontal band saws of the ABS 460 TNC series, you can make precise straight and miter cuts in heavy workpieces made of steel, cast iron and other metals. The construction of the machines is characterized by a swiveling and stable saw frame. Cutting angles of up to 60 degrees can be selected manually and positioned hydraulically. A high-torque servo motor serves as the main drive. The automatic material feed is hydraulic and the PLC control with a large touchscreen display enables simple programming of the production tasks.
