This fully automatic horizontal band saw of the ABS T series is perfect for precise straight cuts in larger workpieces. The construction convinces with a rigid and extremely stable double column frame, which also forms the basis for the fixed clamping jaw of the vise and integrates the lifting cylinder of the saw frame. The main drive is via low-maintenance V-belts. Feed, workpiece clamping and the stroke of the saw frame are driven hydraulically. The automatic material feed does not require any programming and is set using a contactless stop system.

  • Feed and tensioning of the vises are hydraulically controlled
  • The hydraulically controlled lowering of the saw is infinitely variable
  • At the end of each sawing cycle, the saw blade frame will return to the home position
  • For an even wider spectrum of applications, the standard equipment includes a bundle clamping fixture
  • Rigid saw blade guides can easily be adjusted to different workpiece diameters
  • Blade speed is adjustable to 3 settings
  • A high-performance coolant system and a mobile material support base are part of the standard equipment
